The fourth thing I like to make sure employers are aware of, is that the healthcare reform does not just supply the for-profit organizations. It applies to tax exempt entities, non-profit entities and governmental entities. Pretty much, if you’re a business and you have more than 50 employees, then you need to take a look at, and evaluate the different requirements under employer share of responsibility, and whether or not you do need to offer health coverage to your employees.
