Products Liability Law

The claims most commonly associated with product liability are negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty and some statutory based claims.  Both state and Federal laws may be implicated depending on the product and its entry into the stream of commerce. Contractual obligations may also form a basis for potential liability.  Typically, claims involve allegations of a manufacturing defect, design defect and/or a failure to warn. Dell Graham attorneys have experience in providing effective representation to manufacturers, suppliers and retailers alike.
