Estate Planning
The purpose of estate planning is to ensure that one’s assets pass during lifetime or at death as intended with imposition of as little tax as possible. Estate planning also includes planning for management of one’s affairs in the event of incapacity. These goals are generally accomplished by preparation of basic documents such as wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and health care surrogates, as well as more sophisticated planning techniques including limited liability companies and family limited partnerships, GRATS, and charitable remainder and lead trusts intended to minimize taxes. Dell Graham can assist you in this very specialized area of the law.
